My Native Place

My native place is Rajnagar in U.P. I was born there ten years back. We have an old two-storied house there. My grandfather lives there after his retirement from service. He is fond of leading a rural life. We visit him during the school vacation. There is a small fruit garden at the back of our house. A stream flows through the small town. It is not far from our house. There is also a hill nearby. In the afternoon, I go to the market or to the nearby park with my grandfather. He becomes very happy to get me near him. He buys many beautiful things for me from the market. At the time of returning to the city after the vacation, I feel greatly depressed. My grandfather comes to the railway station to see us off. I can see his tearful eyes when the train moves.
